Aimee is a high school math teacher in San Diego, California. She has been teaching for over 7 years and bleeds her school colors. After being department chair and speaking at a conference, she decided to branch out in her career and start this podcast. Aside from teaching, Aimee is a wife, mom, and Jesus lover. 

Becky has been in education for over 18 years. She has served as a science teacher, PLC coordinator, educational coach, curriculum designer, assessment writer and presented at education conferences across the US. She is passionate about building teacher efficacy and keeping students at the center of the conversation. She currently teacher in Utah, is a mother to 3 amazing kids and a wife.
